Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli frozen
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 cup potato flakes without dairy
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp onion chopped
Instructions

Chop and saute onion

Add 1/2 of the broccoli

Add 1 cup of water and put in Vita-Mix. Blend smooth

Transfer to a pot and rinse blending container with 3 cups of water

Add potato flakes, white Miso and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 min.

Add the rest of the broccoli and simmer for 12 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and nutritional yeast.

Add 1 bay leaves and let rest for 4 to 5 hours.
