Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur Risotto check our recipe
  • 2 portobello mushroom cups medium size
miso broth
  • 1/4 cup water hot
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp whit miso still and dissolve
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300F

Prepare Portobello Mushroom
  1. Wash and clean then put them for 2 minutes on a hot grill 

    In an ovenproof, frying pan add 1 tsp of olive oil and 1/4 of a miso broth 

    Fill portobello mushrooms equally with the risotto then put the pan for 15 min in the oven (300F) 

    Finish on the stove and simmer for 10min so that the mushroom is soft. 

    Pour the liquid from sauce over the cups and serve.
