Ingredients
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Wash potatoes, keep the skin on. Microwave for 6-7 min until cooked (more depending on your microwave oven settings). Let cool.
  2. Peel off the skins. Using potato ricer, process the potatoes. Add salt and pepper (taste when mixed well).
  3. Using hands, create 2-inch balls, flatten them a bit and form them into an elongated shape.
  4. Heat the skillet. Add 1 tbsp oil. Fry patties on medium heat for 2 min, reduce the temperature to low and continue cooking for 3 more min. Flip to the other side and fry until golden-brown, about 5 min.
