A dairy-free vegan mushroom sauce with almond milk

Ingredients
- 5 baby bella mushrooms
- 2 tbsp of chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- ½ c almond milk
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Clean and slice mushrooms

Sautee onion on medium heat for 3 min, constantly stirring. Add chopped garlic, mix. Add mushrooms. Cook for 3 min.

In a glass, mix starch with 1 tbsp water, add almond mix and mix well. Add the liquid to the pan with vegetables and mix. Add spices. Cook for 5 more min on low, stirring from time to time. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
