Ingredients
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 2 radish large , red
  • 1 orange
  • 1 beets cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup salad mix
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup grains such as Quinoa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix salad greens with oil vinegar and spices

  2. Slice the fennel and radish thinly

  3. Cut the beet into small cubes. 

  4. Peel and remove the pith of the orange then cut each segment into 3 pieces

  5. Mix everything until coated with the dressing
