I will be using this oven sometimes and refer to it as “Speed Oven” or “Advantium”  and any cooking instrument I am using that might be not of the ordinary will be shortly presented in our website.

Features and Benefits

• Speedcook Technology (240 V) results two to eight times faster than a conventional oven
• Cooking modes: Broil, Convection, Microwave, Proof, Speedcook, Warm
• Speed cooking uses a combination of Halogen Heat, Microwave, and Conventional heat.
• Over 175 Preprogrammed Recipes but also allows custom programming.

Review based on our experience: It is a beautiful system. We have used it now for a few years and are using is a typical microwave oven, speed cooker, grill, and proof.  For backing and roasting, we are using our conventional convection oven. However, if cooking speed and/or beautiful browning is of importance, then we are using the Advantium.  Making Baked potatoes that taste like baked potatoes can be done in 6 to 8 min.  The same with red beets, which regularly turned out fantastic dark red and great in flavor.  Beef or pork,  chops brats turn out better than from the pan.

Cons: It is not cheap because you need to get the 240V model as this gives you all the benefits. Besides, apparently, the 240V model is much more reliable than the 120V model.
