Flour-Sugarless oil-free Vegan Chocolate Cake
This vegan cake is moist and delicious without using any processed sugar or oils, eggs, flour or dairy products. With almond flour, dates prunes, cocoa powder, and tofu and some other ingredients you can create a sweet treat.
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- 1 cup dried dates pitted
- 1/4 cup dried prunes pitted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp potato flour
- 1/2 cup soft tofu
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 4 turkish apricot
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coco powder
- 2 prunes pitted
- 2 tbsp almond milk

Puree the dried dates and prunes until they become a sticky paste

Add the almond butter and later the tofu to make a smooth paste

Add all ingredients to the sooth paste and mix to make it homogenous. Fill it in 6-inch silicon and bake for 35 min at 325F and turn the oven off and let it rest for another 10 min.

Now let rest for 15 min and then remove carefully from silicon pan and let it rest on a cooling rack

Now use a large knife and carefully cut to make a two-layered cake open up then let inside cool down

Make the apricot filling by pureeing the apricots with the water

With a knife spread the filling on the top of one layer and cover it with the other one.

Make the glace by pureeing the prunes and then adding the other ingredients to get a smooth dark paste. Spread the past with a knife all around the cake. Then put it in refrigerator
