Ingredients
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup dates
  • ¾ cup raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • a few crystals of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Soak dates for 2 hrs. Reserve the water.
  2. In a food processor, blend almonds and oats until they become a powder. Add dates, 2 tbsp dates water, maca, hemp protein, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Process until all combined, add more water if too dry. Add goji and coconut, pulse so that the mixture is even.
  3. Using hands, form small balls. Keep refrigerated
