Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 1 cup spinach chopped frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut strips unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp white miso
  • 1/2 tsp sunflower butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream powder
  • salt season
  • pepper season
Instructions
  1. Saute onion by adding a little bit of apple vinegar 

  2. add the frozen spinach saute and add after 5 min a little water and let it simmer for 7 min 

  3. add unsweetened coconut stripes (if you don't like them crunchy you can soak them in water overnight)

  4. add the miso, sunflower butter, coconut cream powder and season with salt and pepper. If you like it spicier add some cayenne pepper

    Let it simmer for 10 min
