Black Bean Seitan Burger
- 1.5 cup Gluten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 cup water
- 2 tsp aminos
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 cup black beans dried
- 1 cup black rice dry
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion/celery powder
- 1/4 cup miso broth

Add the ingredient in a food processor and knead slowly for 10 min and then fast for another 10 min. Put aside and let rest.

Cook the beans according to your instructions in a pressure cooker. It takes about 35 min in a pressure cooker plus fast pressure release. The beans should have a little bit because we cook the dish further.
Drain from liquid and put aside

It takes 10 min with fast pressure release in a pressure cooker to cook the rice. Drain from liquid and put aside.

Add the rice and beans in a food processor with a knife to make a paste now add pieces of the seitan and process to a thicker dough. Work in the potato starch and the other dry ingredients and add the miso broth. It should be a pliable mass. (Otherwise, add a little water)

Put in a form. We are using a particular pot cook with a cover that we can insert into the pressure cooker. (water is on the bottom of the pressure cooker pot to produce the steam) Total time 30 min with 5 min slow pressure release.

What you get is a bean cake which you can use to make about fourteen 2.5 inch patties.

Make 2.5-inch patties and fry them in some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. You can add some more miso/water broth at the end.
You can make about seven patties and cut the rest into slices to make other dishes with it.
You really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I in finding this topic
to be actually one thing which I believe I’d by no means understand.
