This is an oil-free vegan version of Tofu Tacos for the fasting days

Ingredients
  • 5 oz soft tofu
  • 7 grape tomatoes
  • 1 pinch grey smoked salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 6 fresh soft tortillas buy or prepare them
Instructions
  1. Put the tofu in a hot nonstick pan and break into small pieces with a wooden spoon. 

  2. Reduce the heat and cook uncovered for 3 min

  3. Chop tomatoes very fine and add to tofu, season with salt and pepper and cook until all liquid is evaporated.

  4. While the mixture is cooling continue mixing and breaking tofu. Serve with warm soft tortillas
