Ingredients
  • 2 ears of fresh corn
  • 3 tbsp goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • grey salt season to your taste
  • pepper season to your taste
Instructions
  1. Grill corn for 20 min. 

  2. In the meantime, mix the yogurt, lemon juice with mayo, spices, and garlic let stand. 

  3. When the corn is ready, immediately cut the kernels off and divide them in between 2 glass bowls or glasses. Add goat cheese and yogurt mixture, stir well and serve warm.
