Ingredients
overnight:
  • 2 cups oat organic rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk 2% fresh
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp dried raisins or any other fruits
  • 2 tbsp almond flour nuts or coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
in the morning:
  • 1 apple grated with the skin if organic
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries or any other fruits, banana tec.
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
  1. Stir together the oatmeal, milk, apple juice, and lemon juice in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning, mix in the grated apple, honey, and yogurt.
  3. Serve with the desired fruit on top.
Recipe Notes

If you do not like the raisins soaked, mix them in the morning into the oatmeal

* To save time, you can also add the apple the evening before.

* It is recommended not to give honey to children in their first yea of life.
