Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb
- 2 radish large , red
- 1 orange
- 1 beets cooked and peeled
- 1 cup salad mix
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup grains such as Quinoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions

Mix salad greens with oil vinegar and spices

Slice the fennel and radish thinly

Cut the beet into small cubes.
