Potato Gratin without oil and dairy

A delicious Vegan  Potato Gratin that is quickly made. No dairy products no coil, just use coconut milk and nutritional yeast. We are using a GE speed oven and cook this in 10 to 15 minutes but you can use a regular oven, and it will just take a few minutes more.

Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 200 ml coconut milk
Instructions
  1. potatoes cut in slices 

  2. use a pyrex dish and put garlic on the bottom and arrange the potato slices in layers and cover them with coconut milk add powdered garlic some salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast

  3. bake and broil in oven until potatoes are soft

    We are using a 240V GE Speed Oven which takes 10 to 15 min.  The top should be brown and potatoes cooked.
