Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado 2 if small
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • pinch tsp ground cumin
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1-2 drops of hot sauce like Tabasco
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado with the spices. Chop the reserved tomato parts, combine with avocado mixture, add cilantro and scallions. Adjust the seasoning.
